Do you know what goes great with goal setting? Productivity, organization, and time management.
I don’t know about you, but I have so many things in my life competing for my attention and trying to distract me from crushing my goals. Whether it’s your phone going off constantly, emails pouring in, or colleagues knocking at your door, it’s hard to tune out distractions and stay focused on our most meaningful work.
For the most part, I have silenced most of the apps and notifications on my phone but one thing that always seems to be demanding more time and more attention is my email inbox. And, if you’re like me, you have a handful of email accounts all dinging and chiming for more attention.
In fact, the average person spends about 28% of their work week on email management.
That’s crazy!
But email itself isn’t the problem — it’s how we manage it. This week on the podcast I’m going to teach you how to use the 4 D’s of Effective Time Management to clean out your inbox and reclaim your time.
Let’s go!
